Every Web site can sign up in ADMIXER network, if it meets the following rules:

• Dayly audience more than 100 unique users (Web site owner should give an independent statistic of traffic about one of the networks: Google Analytics, Bigmir.net,  Gemius);
• Users from Ukraine make up more than 50% from Site audience;
• Site places on payed high quality hosting;
• Information filling of site is high-quality and original, site is standly reloaded;
• Site is not overload with advertisement - General number of banners on one page is maximum 5.
• High – quality site traffic

Not admites Sites:

• Which don’t meet the requirements according to the law of Ukraine;
• Which clame human inequality according to their sex, race, nationality, religion, social status and property status;
• Which have isulting and/or pornographic content, sites with obscene vocabulary;
• Hopages, unmoderated fora, fileexchangers, bulletin boards or non-structuralizing (badly structured) catalogs, sites, devoted to quickly earnings in the Internet network, participated in exchange systems of users, sites in development stage;
• Which load Viruses, Trojan or other detrimental programs on computers of users

Network administration audits all the Sites, which have sent participation request in the ad network, and reserve the right not to accept Sites in the ad network without explanation.

Ad placement rules

Member of the network is under an obligation to obey following rules by the placement of adblocks in the network Admixer.net:

• Not to install adblocks on the Sites (Site pages) or on the page places, which are not provided by the Network Membership agreement;
• Not to install adblocks on the pages, which move automatically to another pages without user’s wish, in moving text, on the page or in frame, reloaded without any user’s actions, in pop-up windows, in Mailing Lists, plug-in bocks and etc.;
• Not to place under network advertisement any phrases or images, which attract attention to adblocks artificial due to any graphic and textual elements and modes;
• Not to place near the radome with adblocks any inscriptions and/or images, which can mislead the users;
• Not to place on the one Site page more than 3 (three) banner of the network Admixer.net;
• Not to attract to the Sites with installed codes of ad network, which aim the users through unfair and artificial methods, particulary by force of e-mail and persuasive advertising on other Web resources.

Confirmed member of the network is obligated to istall one of the blocks of the ADMIXER network on pages Contacts (placement of advertisement and other) of every Site, registrated in the network:

ADMIXER network administration reserves the right to refuse the participation in the network to the person, who departs from real rules, and to delete their accounts without explanation.

ADMIXER network administration reserves the right to change/add the principles of operation the Admixer.net network, and to change/add the real rules.

ADMIXER network administration guarantees the meeting of all engagaments according to the signed Agreement about.
